When God’s on your side, even a big bully can’t beat you.

Do you remember David from a previous story? David had become famous for killing the big giant, Goliath, using a sling shot and a rock! David was brave in that situation because he knew that God was with him. Well, after that great defeat, David became super famous. People even wrote songs about him! But, King Saul didn’t like that. He wanted to be the most famous person and he hated that David was getting all the attention. So, King Saul decided to try to get rid of David. He tried several times to put David in dangerous situations that should’ve killed him, but every time David got away. You know why? Because God was on David’s side and he protected him. Saul was no match for God! We need to remember this in our lives. We may face dangerous situations, or even a bully who wants to hurt us, but God will protect us. God is bigger and stronger than any situation or person we might face. So, let’s be brave like David!
