In today’s lesson, we’re going to learn about what happens to Paul once he makes it to Rome. Remember, in our last lesson, Paul was shipwrecked on the way to Rome. Eventually, Paul arrives in Rome only to sit in jail. And guess what? He didn’t waste his time feeling sorry for himself or complaining that life wasn’t fair. Remember, Paul was in jail for loving Jesus. That’s it. He didn’t commit any crime that landed him in jail. But Paul knew God’s greater purpose for his life and so that’s what he focused on while he was there. So,you know what he did? He invited people to visit him in jail so he could tell them about Jesus. That’s all he did for two years. He shared the good news of Jesus with anyone who would listen. Some people responded well to his message and others didn’t. Paul wasn’t concerned about that. He knew his job was to share the message of Jesus and God would take care of the rest. Kids, we should do the same. Share Jesus with everyone!
