Going to church is one of the easiest ways to grow as a Christian.

Today, we’re talking about why coming to church is important. Have you ever wondered why you come to church? Well, in today’s lesson you’ll discover three reasons why it’s great that you’re here. Here’s the first reason. Church is where you learn about Jesus. Unless you go to a Christian school, you won’t hear your teachers talk about Jesus in your school. So, we need to come to church to hear about Jesus and all he’s done for us. The second reason is that coming to church allows us to connect to other Christian kids. Our Christian friends help us to honor God and encourage us to do things like read our Bibles and pray. And, the third reason is that church allows us to use the gifts God has given us to help others. So, if you’re a great singer, you can help with the worship time at church. If you’re super friendly, you can help to greet the new kids who come to your class. Going to church is important!
